St Barnabas' Church has become home to a large number of people from Hong Kong who have become part of our church family.
While our services are in English, we have elements of Cantonese in most of our services, and we embrace Cantonese and Hong Kong culture throughout the year. We have an annual Chinese/Lunar New Year lunch, we work with other churches in the city to celebrate Lunar New Year at Leeds Minster, and we run informal English classes for Hong Kongers.
In 2025, we appointed Beverly Yu as our mission apprentice for Cantonese Ministry at St Barnabas.

聖巴拿巴堂（St Barnabas’ Church）是一個屬於香港人的屬靈家園。許多前來教會的香港朋友已在此落地生根，成為這個大家庭的一員。我們的崇拜主要以英語進行，並加入粵語元素，讓粵語和香港文化融入教會生活之中。
我們每年也會舉辦農曆新年午餐，並與市內其他教會一同在列斯座堂（Leeds Minster）慶祝農曆新年。我們也提供輕鬆、非正式的英語課程，幫助香港朋友適應英國生活。
在2025年，我們將委任 Beverly Yu 為聖巴拿巴堂粵語事工的宣教實習生，她主要支援剛移居英國的香港人，並協助大家建立更緊密的社群聯繫。
